Are you a Texas Country, rock, or Americana artist, manager, or promoter? Here's all the information you need to know to get a new song to us for consideration. Please note that failure to follow these policies and procedures may result in the song or artist not being considered. We report to the Texas Regional Radio Report (T3R), Texas Country Music Association, the CDX Texas Singles Chart, and the Americana Music Association.

How To Submit Music
- Please note that we can only accept original WAV files that have never been saved in MP3 format and are properly mastered. We do not review submissions that are MP3 only.
- Please send any materials for consideration to ONLY newmusic@thepatriotabilene.com. Music submissions found at any other destination will not be considered.
- If submitting multiple songs, such as an album or EP, please make a suggestion of your top choice or two for immediate consideration. We do not currently review entire albums or EPs.
- Your submission must be attached as file to your email, provided as a link to a file hosted on a cloud server or file share service. We do not consider music sent on CDs or as a download from a playout service (Youtube, Spotify, Soundcloud, etc.)
- Note that we do not honor listener requests through public request channels (the request line, social media, etc.) for spins from artists or their immediate family, promoters, or label personnel. We take this incredibly seriously.
